Foreign investment surging in industrial real estate, including $415M in Columbus

Columbus, August 9, 2018 – Central Ohio has been found to be a leader among all major cities in the U.S. for international investment in its industrial real estate. This is attributed in part to two large investment sales in the beginning half of the year, but the pace of international investment continues to grow across big U.S. industrial markets. Columbus has a distribution hub that is attractive to foreign investors due to its central Midwest location and the presence of Rickenbacker International cargo airport that serves foreign hubs located in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
