Many people wish to live in the area in which they make a living, so because of this, Columbus has initiated projects all over the city to adjust to its every growing popularity. Pricing in at $173 million, the neighborhood offers multifamily developments, retail, and office spaces all amongst local cultural attractions such as the Topiary Park and the Columbus Museum of Art.
